Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Search Marketing Strategist to join our team at Spark Foundry. This role will involve delivering exceptional service to our clients and driving the future of paid search at our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that search engine campaigns (Google, Bing) and various formats show relevant, optimised results in line with client briefings and needs.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, activation, monitoring, and optimisation of search engine marketing campaigns. Key tasks include:

Planning
  • Conduct keyword research for products and services.
  • Estimate investment related to relevant keywords for a defined period.
  • Plan campaigns based on defined periods and objectives, including impressions, traffic, sales, and costs.
Activation
  • Create associated Google Ads accounts, link billing profiles, and set budgets.
  • Create approved content using Google Editor.
  • Configure accounts with briefing parameters (location, language, daily budget, ad scheduling, tracking, URL parameters).
  • Synchronise accounts with bid measurement and optimisation tools (SA360, Marin, AMO, Kenshoo).
  • Activate full account functionality.
Monitoring
  • Monitor budget consumption and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Track main KPIs (impressions, clicks, position, CPC, cost).
  • Prepare tracking reports in agreed formats and periodicity.
  • Analyse data qualitatively and provide comments and proposals for improvement.
Optimisation
  • Implement necessary changes to achieve objectives and improve KPIs.
  • Review and activate additional content for growth.
  • Update content according to new products and services.
  • Presentation of optimisation proposals based on new features and growth possibilities.
  • Implementation of necessary changes in associated technologies to improve results and optimise costs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Economics, or similar, or +2/3 years of experience and knowledge of Search Engine Marketing processes.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 or more), which will be valued during interviews by the Talent Team.
  • Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible, and proactive.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
