Your Mission
As our Chief Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for driving growth and scaling businesses through innovative strategies and solutions. Your key objectives will include:
• Building a sales pipeline through prospecting and independent efforts
• Executing growth marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, content marketing, webinars, and paid ads
• Taking ownership of both marketing and sales, handling discovery calls and consolidating functions into one seamless role
• Serving as the face of the brand, hosting webinars, participating in podcasts, and attending industry events to evangelize services and expertise
• Building and nurturing relationships with small e-commerce and FBA brands, driving client success and scaling growth
• Leading sales efforts by managing client acquisition and strengthening ongoing relationships
• Strategically representing the agency at conferences and networking events to drive brand awareness and build partnerships
• Analyzing marketing data using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to continually optimize campaigns for better performance
• Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive, take-charge attitude

Your Toolbox
To be successful in this role, you will need to bring the following skills and qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in growth or digital marketing, with a track record of driving results and scaling businesses
• 4+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years working with service agencies
• 1+ year of experience working in e-commerce, particularly with small brands (experience with Amazon is a nice-to-have)
• Confident communication and public speaking skills, with experience hosting webinars, speaking at events, or appearing on podcasts
• Strong ability to manage client relationships, deliver results across multiple accounts, and lead from the front
• Proactive mindset with a proven ability to take ownership and drive projects from start to finish
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, content marketing) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush)
• Ability to juggle multiple growth initiatives and ensure timely, successful outcomes
• Creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative strategies for business growth
