Job Title: Business Analyst Manager

At Spoton Connections, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst Manager to lead our team of specialized Business Analysts. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing our performance, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team of Business Analysts in data modeling practices to analyze operations performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  2. Collaborate with operations and support managers to ensure effective information flow and goal alignment.
  3. Manage team reporting, staffing, KPIs, and sales targets.
  4. Develop and implement term planning and forecast preparation.
  5. Delegate tasks, set deadlines, and oversee day-to-day BA operations.
  6. Monitor team performance, report on metrics, and escalate issues as necessary.
  7. Discover training needs, provide coaching, and recognize high performance.
  8. Develop strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals.
Requirements:
  1. Degree in Computer Science, Physics, Telecommunications, Statistics, or a related field.
  2. Business-level English proficiency.
  3. 4 years of experience in Business Analysis with proven managerial skills.
  4. Knowledge of SQL, data visualization, and Google products.
  5. Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.
  6. Ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  7. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  9. Excellent communication and language skills.
