The successful candidate will use their expertise to identify and engage top talent, developing strategic plans to meet the business's diverse needs. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders, driving business outcomes, and providing expert guidance on recruitment strategies.
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies that meet the business's needs.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, HR teams, and external partners.
- Identify and engage top talent, using innovative research and sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and 'hard to fill' roles.
About this role:
This is a highly collaborative role, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class recruitment services, leveraging your expertise to drive business outcomes and create long-term value.
You will have:
- 3-4+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with knowledge/experience of other EU countries.
- Proven experience in partnering with senior stakeholders, consulting on recruitment strategies, and driving efficient and effective outcomes.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to deliver complex projects.
