Global Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for the full life cycle recruitment of business-critical roles. This includes collaborating with and advising hiring managers to identify and acquire top talent for the organization in the USA and Europe.
The Talent Acquisition Team is a global function within the company, working on roles outside of assigned regions to support broader business needs.
The successful candidate will manage 15-30 exempt level roles across various functions and Business Units independently. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing recruiting strategies, building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships to develop a candidate pipeline, and communicating proactively and consistently with stakeholders.
This role requires over five years of experience recruiting mid to senior-level professionals, preferably with HR Business Partner experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong consultative and influencing skills, as well as tri-lingual skills in French, Spanish, and English.

- Over five years of experience recruiting mid to senior-level professionals
