Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and well-versed PMLS expert to join our team as a Field Service Engineer in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our ultra-ambitious team, you will demonstrate creativity and innovation in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remote support to distributors' engineers and end-users
  • Internal technical support to service sales and operation department
  • Field service delivery to end-users across Spain and Portugal
  • Manage designated service area, promoting new contracts and liaising with customers for renewals
  • Project management for installations within assigned service territory
  • Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits on time and to the levels outlined in the service manual
  • Assist sales and marketing team with tender opportunities as technical support
  • Maintain tools and test equipment properly
  • Liaise with Service Supervisor/Manager to ensure calibration
  • Maintain spare parts inventory, company vehicle, and other company equipment and supplies
  • Occasional training of clinical staff on designated equipment
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of Defibrillators, Patient Monitors, and other medical device capital equipment
  • Experience of working in Spain requiring no company sponsorship
  • Experience of providing training on medical devices capital equipment
  • Highly customer-focused with a hunger to achieve more
  • Technically proficient in troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of all medical products
  • Evidence of emotional intelligence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
