**Job Description**
As an ERP Systems Manager at Signode, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining global ERP operations processes. This includes ensuring 99.99% uptime for both cloud and on-premise environments, managing deployment and release management, and leading ITSM and change management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain global ERP operations processes
- Oversee timely and issue-free ERP deployments
- Lead ITSM processes related to change management, audit controls, and release management
- Manage a global team of engineers, support, and security admins
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver required solutions and support ERP users in a 24x7 environment
- Provide SLAs for ERP support tickets and ensure critical systems are patched and up-to-date
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 6-9 years in an operations manager role within a 24x7 team
- Extensive experience managing ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 and D365 F&O), DevOps/JIRA, ITSM tools, Azure, ERP security roles, and monitoring tools
- Proven history of designing, implementing, and managing processes end-to-end
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading global teams in a matrix environment
