Site Activation Manager

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced leader to manage multiple projects and/or site activation personnel. As a Site Activation Manager, you'll be responsible for leading, coordinating, and managing teams to ensure timely delivery, quality, customer satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness.

Your Profile
  • Excellent leadership skills with a collaborative approach to driving performance and success
  • Direct experience in management, ideally with proven experience in project management and/or staff management in a global/multi-regional environment
  • In-depth experience within Clinical Research with experience in a leadership role
  • Significant leadership and well-developed managerial skills
  • Ability to successfully manage, positively interact, and liaise with all levels of staff at ICON, vendors, and clients
