About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Activation Manager to join our team at ICON. As a key member of our clinical research organization, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects and/or site activation personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate project activities to ensure timely completion and quality delivery
  • Manage site activation personnel to ensure effective collaboration and communication
  • Develop and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
Requirements
  • Excellent leadership and management skills with a collaborative approach
  • Direct experience in management, preferably in a global/multi-regional environment
  • In-depth experience in clinical research with a leadership role
  • Significant leadership and managerial skills with the ability to manage and interact with staff at all levels
