Site Activation Lead

Syneos Health is a leading biopharmaceutical solutions organization that accelerates customer success. As a Site Activation Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful activation of clinical trial sites, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate site start-up issues, and developing and maintaining relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities- Site Start-Up and Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with functional area leads to identify and evaluate site start-up issues, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop solutions to implement.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring individual project targets and client needs are met, and services are provided with the highest quality standards.
- Project Management: Provide oversight of all project SSU deliverables, including start-up regulatory activities, delivery of executed clinical trial agreements, and establishment of essential document collection.
- Timeline Management: Develop and manage integrated site start-up timelines, reporting weekly progress and addressing potential timing risks/gaps.
- Communication and Reporting: Prepare and present overall SSU strategy and status at client meetings, communicating outcomes to project teams.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will also need to have a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and site start-up processes.
