Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with feasibility managers to identify high-quality sites for clinical trials.
- Attend project kick-off meetings to ensure alignment with client needs.
- Review and propose budget changes to ensure study delivery timelines.
- Liaise with study start-up managers to develop integrated start-up plans.
- Develop site profiles and protocol-specific site requirements.
- Implement site ranking plans to ensure high-quality site approvals.
- Lead a team of site identification specialists.
Requirements:
- University degree in medicine, science, or equivalent.
- Previous monitoring experience in medium-sized studies.
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and ability to review medical data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
