Paralegal - Legal Generalist

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Paralegal to join our Legal team as a Legal Generalist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day implications of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support to the different verticals of the legal departments, including administrative tasks and labour-related activities.
- Prepare listings and search for evidence in our digital systems to respond to cases.
- Prepare and search data on issues related to the Spanish Privacy Regulation (LOPD).
- Respond to customer complaints on specific cases by following a clear pre-established protocol.
- Process public deeds.
- Consult databases for trials, analyze the information obtained, and organize individual and group trials.
- Track and assist in the management of debt claims, sort, download, and track notifications, and report on notifications received for lawyers.
- Support in the preparation of briefs and reports of internal investigations and analysis, and follow-up on reported cases.
- Experience in a similar position with proven knowledge of the function of Paralegal.
- Advanced English (speaking and drafting).
- Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Highly motivated by the world of start-ups and new technologies.
