Responsibilities

As a Culinary Trainee, you will be responsible for:

  1. Assisting our experienced chefs in preparing and cooking authentic Mexican dishes.
  2. Learning and mastering various cooking techniques and recipes.
  3. Working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  4. Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless service and exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

To be eligible for this opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:

  1. You're between the ages of 18 to 35 years old.
  2. You graduated from an accredited institution, hold a degree related to the culinary field, and have at least 12 months of professional experience - OR - You're a young professional with at least 5 years of work experience in the culinary field.
  3. English Proficiency: Intermediate

Language required: English. Spanish is a plus.
