Culinary Management Trainee Job Description

At Six Senses Ibiza, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Culinary Management Trainee to join our team. As a Culinary Management Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting the Executive Chef and Culinary team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 
   
2. Provide administrative support to the Executive Chef and Culinary team, including managing personnel administration tasks, ensuring compliance with HACCP procedures, and maintaining accurate records.
   
3. Interact with internal and external stakeholders, including guests, staff, and suppliers, to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
   
4. Assist in the development and implementation of new menu concepts, wine lists, and food promotions, ensuring alignment with Six Senses brand standards.
   
5. Maintain high standards of personal appearance, grooming, and hygiene, adhering to Six Senses dress code and policies.
   
6. Contribute to the achievement of operational budget targets, ensuring cost control and maximizing profitability.
   
7. Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance knowledge and skills, with a focus on Six Senses values, mission, and vision.
   

Requirements:

• 
  
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  
• Familiarity with hotel systems and policies, including discounts and promotions.
  
• Knowledge of food and beverage terminology, application, operation, wine service, costs, menu development, food and hygiene codes, and controlling inventory.
  
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and the local language.
