Lead the Release Management Team

As a key member of our Developer Productivity Team, you will lead the Release Management team in its growth and evolution to Developer Productivity Engineering. Your expertise will be instrumental in defining, prioritizing, and managing the team's backlog, ensuring seamless collaboration with SWE stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a satisfying developer experience by optimizing development processes, tools, practices, and automation.
  • Maintain high-quality code and reduce the time it takes to deliver software products and updates.
  • Manage Jenkins CI system, GitLAB hosting, and issue trackers to ensure efficient code hosting and collaboration.
  • Oversee the product release process and manage internal production and testing servers.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Telecommunications.
  • 1+ years of experience in a team lead position.
  • 5+ years of experience in release management, CI systems, Linux System Administration, and scripting.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Analytical thinking, detail-oriented, and initiative.
