Customer Support Specialist, Spanish Speaker

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Greece. As a Spanish speaker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate support to customers on a range of issues.
  • Use established procedures to ensure accurate and complete information is provided.
  • Take ownership of customer queries and ensure timely resolution and response.
  • Build meaningful relationships with customers by answering their questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Meet and exceed customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets.
  • Create a seamless customer experience that meets our high standards.
  • Follow management direction and provide feedback.

Requirements:

  • Spanish C2 level.
  • English B2 level.

  • Ability to walk customers through complex procedures from start to finish.
  • EU citizenship or Greek residence card.
