Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Server to join our team at The Westin La Quinta Golf Resort & Spa Benahavis Marbella. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Set tables according to the type of event and service standards.
  • Answer questions about menu selections and provide recommendations.
  • Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, and product availability.
  • Record transactions in the MICROS system at the time of order.
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of work areas, including china, glassware, and other equipment.
  • Complete closing duties, including restocking items and turning off lights.
  • Present a physical and accurate check to guests and process payment.
  • Follow all company and safety policies and procedures, reporting accidents and injuries to management.
Requirements
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry.
  • Language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • European citizenship.
