About The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Counsel Europe to administer contracts, deliver legal advice to the Auctane business units in Europe, and support Auctane's legal and regulatory policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer commercial contracts and legal agreements.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including master services agreements, statements of work, SaaS agreements, and software and API license agreements.
  • Review, draft, and update online service terms, legal disclosures, and privacy policies.
  • Deliver legal advice, guidance, and solutions to business units.
  • Assist with legal analysis, conduct research, and collaborate with external counsel on legal matters related to commercial contracts, internet and website disclosure, marketing, industry oversight and regulation, and general litigation.
  • Support company corporate compliance, administrative, legal, and regulatory policies.
  • Conduct research and analysis regarding regulatory laws and industry best practices applicable to the business units.
  • Review and analyze notices from external parties and filings with corporate compliance regulatory agencies.
