Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (VOIS) is a key element in Vodafone\u2019s broader programme to transform, standardise and digitalise the management of various processes across commercial activities such as Customer Operations, Business, Corporate Functions, IT & Networks, and support functions such as Legal, Finance, HR, and the security teams.

The VOIS strategy is underpinned by the \u201csafe, secure and compliant\u201d agenda which is its license to operate for serving Vodafone local markets and group functions.

We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our team in Spain. The successful candidate will provide legal support to the VOIS EU team and work closely with the Senior Legal Manager for VOIS EU.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Providing legal advice and support to the VOIS EU team on a range of matters, including privacy, compliance, labor law, M&A, and governance.
  • Reviewing and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other documents.
  • Providing legal training and guidance to the VOIS EU team.
  • Engaging in projects such as reviews of VOIS Spain\u2019s standard contracts, policies, and other documents.
  • Working effectively with external counsel and supporting the local law firm in case of litigation.
  • Representing the company at court and authorities.
  • Developing and maintaining good working relationships with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
