Job Title: Legal Counsel Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel Specialist to join our team at Vodafone Group. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in providing legal support and guidance to our business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice and support to our business units on a range of matters, including contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and regulatory requirements, and provide guidance on how these changes may impact our business.
  • Work closely with our external counsel to ensure that our legal needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Contribute to the development of our legal policies and procedures, and ensure that they are aligned with our business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a multinational corporation.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
