Job Title: Senior Copywriter

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Copywriter to join our team at Marbella Club Hotel. As a key member of our marketing and communications department, you will be responsible for developing a tone-of-voice style guide and maintaining a consistent brand voice across all communications platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a tone-of-voice style guide for our luxury hotel brand
  • Write, edit, update, and proofread original copy for various mediums, including websites, seasonal newsletters, corporate magazine, email campaigns, social media, corporate blog, print materials, press releases, awards submissions, and guest-facing communications
  • Collaborate with ownership, the Branding Director, and marketing teams on the ground to ensure consistency and quality of content
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in copywriting, preferably within the luxury, hospitality, or travel sectors
  • Agency, in-house hospitality, or journalism experience is a plus
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a versatility of writing styles and mediums, with an emphasis on niche luxury and/or hospitality brands
Skills:
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Strong understanding of SEO and digital content best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams across multiple destinations
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Availability to Travel:
  • Native written and verbal competence of English; proficiency of Spanish
  • Domain of other languages will be highly valued but not necessary
