About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Corporate Receptionist - Front of House Ambassador. As a key member of our Workplace Experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional front-of-house services to our internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Visitor Experience: Take ownership of the internal and external visitor experience, ensuring all interactions leave the customer with a positive, memorable experience.
  2. Front-of-House Services: Deliver all core front-of-house services, including sign-in, badging, luggage, lost and found, and deliveries.
  3. Communication: Receive, direct, and relay telephone, email, and other queries via front of house.
  4. Candidate and Visitor Support: Greet, assist, and direct candidates, new hires, visitors, and the general public appropriately.
  5. Event Support: Continually be aware of all onsite events to ensure visitor experience is personalized and optimized.
  6. Facilities Management: Proactively contribute to maintaining the highest standards of presentation and functionality across the identified front-of-house and meeting and event areas, with great attention to detail.
  7. Meeting and Event Setup: Undertake physical setup of meeting and event spaces, in line with team guidelines and EHS considerations.
  8. Room Booking Management: Create and efficiently maintain up-to-date outlook, conference room finder, and SharePoint room booking systems for the identified meeting and event spaces.
  9. Local Area Support: Have high awareness of local area services, such as shops, restaurants, hotels, and transport, to support customers.
  10. Team Collaboration: Daily liaison with one-team partners, such as security and janitorial teams, on the coordination of meetings and events.
  11. Enquiry Response: Provide timely, accurate, and personalized responses to meetings and events enquiries.
  12. Flexibility: Work flexibly in different settings as part of the team.
  13. Room Booking Displays: Coordinate the daily updating of room booking displays in line with local/regional processes.
  14. Site Audits and Walk-the-Store: Play a key part in supporting onsite space audits and walk-the-store processes.
  15. Facilities Support: Support and cover other facilities team services as required, such as Trouble Ticket requests, incoming/outgoing mail, and courier services, site inspections, and one-off or administrative tasks.
Requirements
  1. Reception Experience: Experience in reception, concierge, or related field.
  2. Catering or Hospitality Experience: Previous catering or hospitality experience is desirable.
  3. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands.
  4. Corporate Environment Experience: Previous experience of working within a high-profile corporate environment.
  5. Facilities Management Exposure: Facilities Management exposure would be beneficial.
  6. Language Skills: Fluency in English and local language.
  7. Technical Skills: Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems.
  8. Attention to Detail: Very high attention to detail.
  9. Customer Service Skills: Outstanding customer service skills with the ability and confidence in communicating to customers at all levels, both written and verbal.
  10. Teamwork: Ability to maintain professionalism at all times and be an ambassador of the team.
  11. Team Player: Be an excellent team player with the want to go above and beyond for each other.
