Key Responsibilities- Support the Chief Information and Digital Officer in overseeing the alignment of Zurich Global Ventures IT strategy with business objectives.
- Ensure Zurich Global Ventures technology and digital initiatives comply with regulatory and internal policies.
- Work with Zurich Global Ventures teams driving the adoption of IT governance processes for Data, Security, Resilience, and Third-Party Governance.
- Coordinate with Zurich Group entities such as Group IT, Group Risk & Compliance, Group Legal, and Audit.
- Ensure timely and appropriate planning for IT Governance reporting to senior management, identifying and mitigating IT-related risks.
- Support Zurich Global Ventures teams by streamlining relevant processes for faster platform time to market.
- Technical skills:
- Understanding of IT Governance frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO/IEC 38500.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards relevant to IT (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Interpersonal skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience:
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or specialized certifications can be a plus.
- 5-10 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3-5 years in a governance or compliance role.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), CGEIT (Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT), ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), or COBIT.
