About the Role:

As a Wine Service Specialist at La Residencia, A Belmond Hotel, you will be part of a team that sets the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional service to our clients, anticipating their needs, and responding effectively to their concerns or requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply all knowledge and control over the beverage stock, ensuring the perfect condition and storage of the wines in the restaurant's cellar.
  • Maintain the vintages, prices, and condition of the wine list up to date, keep an up-to-date inventory of glassware, and make the necessary replacements to meet the restaurant's needs.
  • Report any breakages, anomalies, or required needs to your direct supervisor.
