As a Customer Success Engineer within our SASE team, you'll play a critical role in enabling our customers' secure environments.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the day-to-day technical contact for our customers, building relationships to ensure proper security integrations.
  • Guide customers in adopting and integrating Palo Alto Networks SASE solutions into their security operations.
  • Provide real-time support and strategy to customers, working closely with CISOs, Security Architects, Customer Success Managers, and Development Operations teams.
  • Identify risks to customers achieving their business goals and work with the account team to build a risk mitigation plan.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers and map features and associated business benefits to address their needs.
Your Impact

As a Customer Success Engineer, you'll have a direct impact on our customers' success. You'll ensure they're maximizing their return on investment by rapidly implementing and operationalizing Palo Alto Networks SASE solutions. You'll also serve as a customer advocate, influencing product roadmap and improvements.

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related technical field. You'll have a proven track record of success in a similar role and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
