Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Server to join our team at Empresa Reconocida. As a Bar Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting our bartenders, and contributing to the overall vibrant atmosphere of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide attentive and friendly service to guests at the bar.
    • Take and relay drink orders accurately and efficiently.
    • Engage with customers, answer inquiries, and ensure a positive experience.
  • Drink Service Assistance
    • Assist bartenders in the preparation and serving of beverages.
    • Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
    • Collaborate with the bar team for smooth and efficient service.
  • Table Service
    • Serve drinks to customers at tables if applicable.
    • Monitor table turnover and assist in maintaining a lively atmosphere.
    • Provide recommendations on drinks and specials.
  • Cash Handling
    • Handle cash transactions, provide accurate change, and process payments.
    • Keep track of customer tabs and settle bills promptly.
    • Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and other team members.
    • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order in the bar area.
    • Collaborate to ensure a positive and cohesive team environment.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Additional language either Greek or Spanish is required.

Compensation

800.00€ per month
