Tope is our rooftop taqueria with breathtaking views over Barcelona, serving delicious Mexican-inspired flavors and refreshing cocktails.

Job Summary

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Rooftop Waiter/Waitress to join our Tope team at The Hoxton, Poblenou. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests, and contributing to the overall success of our rooftop bar.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable experience
  • Support the team with R&B operations, maintaining a clean and organized environment
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to ensure smooth service and high standards
  • Anticipate and respond to guests' needs, providing a personalized and attentive service
  • Comply with safety and HACCP standards, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for guests and colleagues
What We're Looking For

We're seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality, enthusiastic about delivering exceptional service, and committed to creating a positive impact on our guests. If you're a team player, flexible, and up for a challenge, we'd love to hear from you

Requirements
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (Catalan and additional languages a plus)
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry (not required but a plus)
  • Flexibility to work on rotative shifts and weekends
