Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Controlling Specialist to join our team at BASF SE. As a Controlling Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cost analysis, monitoring, and reporting to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future performance
  • Provide reliable information to management for decision-making purposes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and reporting

Requirements

  • University-level studies in business economics with a focus on finance, accounting, and/or controlling
  • Several years of experience in business and/or controlling functions
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP BW, SAP CO/CI, and PowerBI
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
