- Operational Purchasing Activities: You will perform operational purchasing activities, including creating purchase baskets, initiating and tracking purchase orders, and reviewing invoices.
- RfX Activities and Contract Negotiation: You will perform RfX activities and negotiate and optimize contract terms and conditions to ensure the best possible outcomes for our company.
- Cost Control and Compliance: You will ensure efficient handling of internal cost control guidelines and procedures to maintain compliance and optimize costs.
Requirements
- Commercial Background: You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and have relevant further training as a specialist or business economist with proven professional experience in (IT) purchasing.
- IT Sourcing Experience: Ideally, you have experience in IT sourcing, including software, SaaS solutions, IT services, IT equipment, and hardware.
- Technical Skills: You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products and have operational knowledge of P2P and purchase requisition software.
- Soft Skills: You are characterized by analytical thinking, an independent way of working, the ability to work in a team, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a confident and self-assured manner.
- Language Skills: Business fluent in English and the willingness to travel are essential for this role.
