Financial Planning and Controlling Specialist

Job Summary
In a dynamic and growing business environment, you will play a key role in handling financial planning, controlling, closing, and forecasting activities for our Electrolyser gigafactory in Berlin. This involves close collaboration with colleagues across multiple areas and locations.
About the Role
You will be part of the team responsible for steering the successful execution of the financial targets of our Electrolyser manufacturing site in Berlin. Your key responsibilities will include independently handling financial closing and reporting activities, completing high-quality controlling reviews, timely identifying trends, and accurately reflecting them in forecasts. You will also actively support the annual budget planning process and analyze financial data to identify risks and opportunities.
What You Bring
Successful completion of studies in business administration, finance, or economics. At least 3 years of experience with manufacturing controlling. Proven SAP knowledge, with experience with S/4 Hana being a major plus. Excellent skills with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. You are a team player and highly committed to team success. Excellent communication skills in English.
