About the Role

Havas Media Group Spain is seeking a highly skilled Digital Learning Designer to join our team. As a Digital Learning Designer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of our company's learning and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop engaging e-learning content, including online courses, tutorials, and interactive modules.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality content that meets learning objectives and aligns with our company's goals.
  • Research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-learning and instructional design.
  • Provide quality control and assurance for all e-learning modules, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Work closely with our Digital Learning Manager to develop and implement our company's learning strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in learning or HR communications, preferably in a media agency or digital company.
  • Proven expertise in e-learning software, such as Articulate Storyline.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Fluent English language skills, with Spanish and French being a plus.
