About the Role

Havas Media Group Spain Sau is seeking a highly skilled Digital Learning Designer to join our team. As a Digital Learning Designer, you will play a key role in creating engaging and effective online learning experiences for our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop online courses from scratch, including creating course content, scripts, and audiovisual materials.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate and aligned with learning objectives.
  • Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-learning.
  • Provide quality control for all aspects of completed e-learning modules, including interactivity, functionality, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement a communications roadmap to promote learning initiatives within the company.
  • Manage and create visual and audiovisual supports for HR communications.
  • Contribute to testing and ensuring quality upon delivery of different supports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Marketing.
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning or HR communications.
  • Fluent English language skills, with Spanish and French being a plus.
  • Proven expertise in e-learning software, such as Articulate Storyline.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic international environment.
