Key Responsibilities- Design and develop online courses from scratch, including creating interactive content, animations, and assessments.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality course content that meets learning objectives.
- Research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-learning.
- Ensure all course content is aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Provide quality control for all aspects of completed e-learning modules.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our company's learning management system (LMS).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in e-learning design and development.
- Proven expertise in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
