Lead - Atlas Balance Statement Specialist

Job Summary:
SAP is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the efforts for validating the Balance sheet. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for aligning with all stakeholders involved in generating a Balance statement and ensuring the End-to-End Balance statement process is reviewed and involved in continuous improvement of Process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the efforts for validating the Balance sheet
- Align with all stakeholders involved in generating a Balance statement
- Ensure the End-to-End Balance statement process is reviewed and involved in continuous improvement of Process
- Escalation Management: Invoke Escalation when needed and ensure Balance statement is delivered within SLA
- Measuring and improving overall customer experience levels
- Onboarding and training new support team members
- Analyzing support workflows and making suggestions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Effective communication with Leadership team and with the team
- Regular Review of OLA with all internal Stakeholders
- Align with ATLAS IT team for prioritizing user stories related to Balance statement
- Provide requirements to App owners so manual
Requirements:
- 6+ years' experience working in Operations support model
- Strong Leadership skill and Stakeholder management
- Experience in delivering frontline customer management
- Experience in managing Finance & Accounting aspect of Customers accounts
- 3-5 years hands on experience in ITIL Process which includes Incident, Service Request and Change request
- Project management experience in transition &/or service introduction is plus
- Demonstrated understanding of common customer service tools and processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives/ management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis and reporting
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a multinational or cross-cultural work environment
