Job Title: Lead - Atlas Balance Statement

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the efforts for validating the Balance sheet, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Align with all stakeholders involved in generating a Balance statement, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure the End-to-End Balance statement process is reviewed and involved in continuous improvement of Process.
  • Escalation Management: Invoke Escalation when needed, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Ensure Balance statement is delivered within SLA, meeting customer expectations.
  • Measuring and improving overall customer experience levels, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Onboarding and training new support team members, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuity.
  • Analyzing support workflows and making suggestions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Effective communication with Leadership team and with the team, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
  • Regular Review of OLA with all internal Stakeholders, ensuring alignment and commitment.
  • Align with ATLAS IT team for prioritizing user stories related to Balance statement, ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Provide requirements to App owners so manual, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years' experience working in Operations support model, with a strong background in financial operations.
  • Strong Leadership skill and Stakeholder management, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in delivering frontline customer management, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Experience in managing Finance & Accounting aspect of Customers accounts, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
  • 3-5 years hands-on experience in ITIL Process, including Incident, Service Request and Change request.
  • Project management experience in transition &/or service introduction is a plus, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Demonstrated understanding of common customer service tools and processes, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives/management, with a strong focus on stakeholder management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis and reporting, with a focus on quality and compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on stakeholder management and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in a multinational or cross-cultural work environment, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
