Lead - Atlas Balance Statement Specialist

What You'll Do- Validate the Balance sheet and ensure its accuracy.
- Align with stakeholders involved in generating the Balance statement.
- Review and improve the End-to-End Balance statement process.
- Escalate issues when needed and ensure timely delivery of the Balance statement.
- Measure and improve customer experience levels.
- Onboard and train new support team members.
- Analyze support workflows and suggest improvements.
- Communicate effectively with the Leadership team and the team.
- Review OLA with internal stakeholders and align with the ATLAS IT team.
- 6+ years of experience in Operations support model.
- Strong Leadership skills and Stakeholder management.
- Experience in delivering frontline customer management.
- Experience in managing Finance & Accounting aspects of customer accounts.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ITIL Process.
- Project management experience in transition &/or service introduction.
- Demonstrated understanding of common customer service tools and processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives/management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a multinational or cross-cultural work environment.
