Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing roadmaps for the FR and BE markets, leveraging insights from experts across the organization to inform go-to-market strategy and plan.
- Decide on promotional activities and channel communications, measuring and validating their impact on business performance.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and articulate performance drivers, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Steer research and analyses, communicating takeaways and implications to stakeholders.
- Influence roadmaps beyond marketing, collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate business growth.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing within a digital ecosystem.
- Native French speaker with robust knowledge of the French ecommerce and/or print landscape.
- Strong organizational skills, analytical skills, and business acumen.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across different domains, including with executive leaders.
- Understanding of marketing levers and how they work together, particularly paid media, PR, and trade.
- Strong influential and leadership skills to drive business outcomes.
- Fluent in English, Flemish speaker a plus.
