Job Overview
As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will provide project-related support and assistance for assigned projects with minimal supervision. Your primary focus will be on ensuring all work is conducted in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, and practices, as well as applicable regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including files, records, and reports, according to the scope of work and SOPs.
• Assist in periodic reviews and audits of files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate and track all information, communications, documents, materials, and supplies for assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
• Update and maintain internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans with project-specific information, providing clear and concise reporting to stakeholders.
• Identify discrepancies in project tracking data, timesheet coding, expense data billing, and financial figures, escalating them to relevant teams for resolution.
• Prepare and distribute status reports, tracking reports, and project finance reports, assisting project managers with budget allocation and approval of invoices.
• Develop presentation materials for meetings and project summary data, communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Coordinate project team and/or customer meetings, including logistics and materials required, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication.
• Collaborate with other project support staff within and outside the Clinical Project Management Unit to identify and consolidate support processes, driving process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Serve as the primary backup contact for internal project teams and external stakeholders/customers, as designated by the project manager.
• Undertake project management activities as directed by the project manager, applying expertise and judgment to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field, with typically 0-2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Requires knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts of job area, typically obtained through advanced education, along with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong software and computer skills, and a results-oriented approach to work delivery and output.
