Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our CRM team at Empresa reconocida. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the Sales and IT teams, developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and forecasts, and providing day-to-day business user support of the CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Sales and IT Teams: Serve as a liaison between the business and technical teams, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless execution of CRM-related projects.
  2. Develop and Maintain Reports and Dashboards: Collaborate with the business and technical teams to design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and forecasts that provide actionable insights and drive business decisions.
  3. Provide Day-to-Day Business User Support: Offer expert-level support to business users, addressing their queries, and providing training and documentation to ensure they are proficient in using the CRM system.
  4. Communicate CRM System Operations: Effectively communicate CRM system operations, features, benefits, and changes to users and collaborators, ensuring they are informed and up-to-date.
  5. Lead Super Users: Work with and lead super users in the support of CRM direction around changes, issues, and enhancements, and other areas that help drive the goals of CRM.
  6. Prepare Training Documentation: Develop comprehensive training documentation and deliver training to ensure business users are equipped to use the CRM system effectively.

Requirements:

Education: A BS degree or four-year college degree is required.

Experience: 3+ years' experience working as a Business Systems Analyst is required.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  1. CRM Certification: SFDC or Oracle CPQ Certification or experience is valuable.
  2. Team Leadership: Comfortable working in a dynamic team leading a diverse portfolio of products and ongoing concurrent projects.
  3. Problem-Solving: Handle independently and consider multi-functional and downstream impacts.
  4. Communication: Highly organized and meticulous; Good presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills with technical, non-technical audiences.
