We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at Reconocida empresa. Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
- Work with the squad Product Owner to identify and prioritize business requirements.
- Create and maintain clear, concise, and testable business requirements.
- Develop process flows and swim lane diagrams to clarify use cases and interactions with IT systems.
- Establish acceptance criteria using positive and negative outcome scenarios.
- Stay up-to-date with the squad backlog and cadence.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in requirements analysis in a highly regulated business environment.
- Domain knowledge of financial services capabilities, including banking products, risk, compliance, customer service, finance, treasury, and channel applications.
- Demonstrable experience in creating valuable and articulate business requirements and complex process flows.
- Experience in building cloud-based solutions using SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS delivery methods.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in an analyst role.
- Experience with BPMN/UML formats for process flows is an advantage.
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and design thinking skills.
- Experience with Agile delivery and ways of working.
