Job Title: Building Operations Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Operations Engineer to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our Facilities Team, you will be responsible for managing a range of hard services and providing support to ensure the efficient and effective running of our site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creation and adherence of planned maintenance regime for Client assets
  • Follow up on maintenance planned by Landlord
  • Attendance to unplanned maintenance activity
  • Response and activity relating to Trouble Ticket (remedy) requests
  • Management and tracking of Building Operations stock
  • Management of local supplier base
  • Tracking of utility usage and creation of innovative ideas to reduce environmental impact
  • Liaison with relevant regulatory bodies
  • Oversee Building Operating and Maintenance manuals
  • Site Inspections and support of daily cleaning inspection
  • Small Project Management and creation of budget and activity plan for site improvements
  • Manage daily health and safety issues
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of statutory and regulatory maintenance requirements
  • Problem solving and good decision making
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Spreadsheet and word processing skills
  • Customer focused and good inter-personal skills
  • Assertive and attention to detail
  • Previous experience of working within a high profile corporate environment
  • Previous reception or hospitality experience
