{"The Role": "Client Implementation Lead

As a Client Implementation Lead at Octopus Energy Group, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through the intricacies of the Kraken Operating Model, building their understanding, leading workstreams whilst embedding skills and empowering them to operate effectively.

From initial pre-build conversations to the transfer phase, your leadership will set the foundation for success. You'll be driving a program of change that transitions the client into a new operating model, handling the pain points of change that comes with this and cultivating a new way of working that can ensure the operating model is a success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion the Kraken model and lead by example with the best practices and key behavioural principles to clients, emphasising their positive impact on both the organisation and its people.
  • Identify the best talent with a lens on reducing bias and championing diversity.
  • Provide bespoke advice and coaching to push clients to the next level.
  • Be involved in high-level group programs focusing on Influential Management, Assertive Communication and Principled Decision-making among many others sections.
What You'll Need to Have:
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Extensive experience in the energy sector.
