Job Title: Customer Experience Associate

At WorldStrides, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Experience Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless execution of traveler and group-based transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high-volume of customer requests via email, chat, and phone, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Collaborate with Financial Services and Payment Specialists to ensure traveler/group records are managed within established performance and productivity metrics.
  • Develop and maintain a high-quality work environment, inspiring team members to perform at their highest capabilities.
  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Two-year college degree or relevant client/customer-facing financial relationship management work experience.
  • Proven written and oral business & customer communication proficiencies.
  • Organizational & prioritization skills in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office, proprietary enterprise-level platforms, and CRM (Salesforce or MS Dynamics).
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position with a scheduled workweek of Monday through Friday, between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm EST. Occasional overtime, evening, and weekend work may be required as job duties and business needs demand.
