About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Doorman to join our team at the Westin Palace Madrid Hotel. As a Doorman, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from the moment they arrive to the moment they depart.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Open doors and escort guests entering and leaving the property, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Transport guest luggage to and from the lobby to transportation, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Assist with luggage storage and retrieval, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, as well as local areas of interest and activities.
- Communicate parking procedures to guests, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end establishment.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficient in Spanish and English.
