About the Role:

The successful candidate will lead a team of kitchen employees, ensuring the smooth operation of food production during service hours. Key responsibilities include preparing high-quality food items according to established recipes and menus, utilizing batch cooking techniques to avoid over or under production, and maintaining a safe, tidy, and well-organized work environment at all times.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in cooking
  • Ability to work in an extremely busy restaurant environment
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ServSafe Certification preferred

Benefits and Compensation:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $15-$18 per hour, paid every Friday via direct deposit or paycards. Additionally, the company provides paid holidays and PTO (based on accrued hour requirements), as well as access to affordable and comprehensive group medical coverage.
