Job Description: In this role, you will lead a team of kitchen employees to prepare food items according to established recipes and menus. You will ensure that all food is ready at the time of service, maintaining a safe, tidy, and well-organized work environment at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Time food production to meet service needs
  • Prepare food items according to recipes and menus
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Lead kitchen employees to ensure smooth operations

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years' cooking experience, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess ServSafe Certification. A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
