Aventure Staffing is an established catering company based in the Orange City, IA area.

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our growing team as a Lead in our kitchen.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a team and make a positive impact on our culinary offerings.

You will work cooperatively as a valued member of our dining services team, assisting with any aspect of the dining services program necessary.

Your responsibilities will include leading food production during peak service times, ensuring all dishes meet our high standards for freshness and quality.

As a seasoned cook, you will also oversee the preparation of menu items according to established recipes and menus.

Key requirements for this position include a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and High School diploma or equivalent.

A valid ServSafe Certification is preferred but not required.

Salary: $15-$18 per hour (dependent on experience) Paid every Friday. Direct Deposit and/or Paycards Available, plus benefits including paid holidays, PTO (based on accrued hour requirements), and medical coverage access.
