The Vice-rectorate for Research and International Relations at the Universidad de Deusto is seeking a highly qualified postdoctoral researcher to join the Education Regulated Learning and Assessment research group.
Research Focus
The successful candidate will contribute to the development of innovative research projects in educational assessment and artificial intelligence, with a focus on improving learning outcomes and educational experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct research at the postdoctoral level, including designing studies, managing data collection, and performing data analyses
* Collaborate with the research team to develop and implement research projects
* Publish research findings in top-tier journals and conferences
* Participate in the dissemination of research results through presentations and publications
* Contribute to the development of research proposals and funding initiatives
* Provide support and guidance to PhD students working on similar topics
Requirements
* PhD degree in a relevant field
* Experience with mixed methods research and expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research
* Track record of publications in reputable journals in educational psychology and education
* Previous experience working with process data, such as eye-tracking and physiological data
* Strong professional competencies, empathy, and ability to work in a team
