Senior Category Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Category Manager to join our European Marketplace Consumables Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of Consumables categories in Spain and Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive category strategy to drive business growth and improve customer and seller experience.
- Lead a variety of projects to drive growth and improve customer and seller experience across Consumables in Europe.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize, inform, and analyze initiatives.
- Track results and communicate impact to leadership.
- Coach more junior team members supporting in those projects.
The European Marketplace Consumables Team is responsible for the Marketplace Consumables EU performance. We identify opportunities to improve customer and seller experience, build projects to address these, and work across program teams to deliver them.
Requirements- University degree in an analytical field (engineering, statistics, economics, business administration, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience in Consulting, Product Management, Finance, Statistics, Analytics, or Business Intelligence roles that have included extensive quantitative analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Results orientation and good organizational skills, with a high degree of ownership and experience managing multiple priorities
- Interest and experience in building and managing projects collaborating with a diverse set of stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis such as customer segmentation and/or behavior
- MBA from a top-tier business school
- Advanced Excel skills
- Medium to advanced knowledge of SQL
