Senior Category Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Category Manager to join our European Marketplace Consumables Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and improving Customer and Seller Experience across Consumables in Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Category Strategy Ownership: Act as business owner of Consumables category in Spain and projects in Europe, auditing and reporting on input and output metrics, and developing a complete understanding of KPIs impacting the business.
- Project Management: Lead a variety of projects to drive growth and improve Customer and Seller Experience across Consumables in Europe, partnering with cross-functional teams to prioritize, inform, and analyze initiatives.
- Business Development: Work with direct Selling Partner recruitment teams to help identify strategic accounts and improve the customer experience for the category.
- University degree in an analytical field (engineering, statistics, economics, business administration, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience in Consulting, Product Management, Finance, Statistics, Analytics or Business Intelligence roles that have included extensive quantitative analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Results orientation and good organization skills, with a high degree of ownership and experience managing multiple priorities
- Interest and experience in building and managing projects collaborating with a diverse set of stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis such as customer segmentation and/or behavior
- Personal initiative and strong hands-on attitude with a results-driven mentality
- MBA from top tier business school
- Advanced excel skills
- Medium to advanced knowledge of SQL
